Megérkeztek a hulló levelek, a rövidülő nappalok és az új őszköszöntő kiadványaink is. Ezek közül első a sorban az évszakhoz leginkább passzoló, Rainy Day című Vono Box dal. Az “El Vono” albumot követően közel tíz év szünet után állt elő Vono Box egy új kislemezzel. A Rainy Day című szomorkás bossa jazz felvételen Molnár Szilvi énekel, aki remekül hozzá a hangulatot. A kislemez a dal remixével folytatodik, amit az egyik kedvenc producerünk, Nigel Evans, azaz Flevans készített. 20 éve hallgatjuk és játsszuk zenéit, amiket olyan kiadóknál jelentetett meg, mint a Tru Thoughts, a Jack to Phono, vagy 2018 óta a Jalapeno Records. Flevans belasította a dalt és feldíszítette a védjegyszerű gitár- és dobhangzásával, miközben a borongós jellegét megtartotta.

The falling leaves, the shortening days and our new autumn releases have also arrived. The first of these which fits the season best is “Rainy Day”, a song by Vono Box. Almost 10 years after the album "El Vono", Vono Box came out with this new single that features Szilvi Molnár. Her singing perfectly fits to the atmosphere of the melancholic bossa jazz groove.
The single continues with a remix of the original song by one of our favorite producers, Nigel Evans aka Flevans. We have been listening and playing his music as DJs for 20 years. He has released albums on labels such as Tru Thoughts, Jack to Phono, and since 2018 Jalapeno Records. Flevans slowed down the song and embellished it with his trademark guitar and drum sound, while retaining its melancholic nature.
